Many people prefer brand-new homes to second-hand homes and will buy nothing else. However, although there are advantages to buying new build homes there are also disadvantages. The process of buying a new build may be easier and less stressful, but buyers still need to make a number of important decisions about their purchase and have to deal with the hassle of snagging and the other headaches unique to new build homes.
